Check on each course for "transferability," if you happen to know the college in which your student has interest. Also some private schools will not accept a course that has counted for high school credit. All North Carolina State Universities accept CPCC's college credit; however, a college within a given university will have the final word on whether a specific transfer credit from any other institution is applicable for a specific degree.
